Michele Hadley

President & Treasurer

Michele grew up in a sports-obsessed family. She competed in travel soccer and softball teams for many years and was a four-sport varsity athlete in soccer, softball, cross country, and track. Michele chose soccer as her one love and was recruited to play soccer at the University of Central Arkansas.

In 2017, Michele received a B.S. in Sociology-Criminology and Communications from the University of Central Arkansas, graduating magna cum laude. Michele was the captain of the Division 1 women’s soccer team and secured a championship ring her senior year and an undefeated record in regular season.

Immediately after undergrad, she pursued her J.D. at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. Michele served on the Executive Board of Baylor Federalist Society, Baylor Public Interest Legal Society, and Christian Legal Society. Michele clerked for a Federal Judge in the Northern District of Texas. Since 2022, Michele has practiced as a civil trial attorney in Dallas, TX.

As a former college athlete, Michele is passionate about protecting girls who seek to fairly compete in their sport. Michele’s family is deeply involved in female sports: her dad and brother coach girl’s softball teams, her mother is a sports recruiting consultant, and her sister is a college softball coach. When she is not zealously advocating for justice, Michele is a dog mom to two bernedoodles.
